You can help

The BP MS 150 Bike Tour is a two-day cycling adventure from Houston to Austin that raises funds to help people living with Multiple Sclerosis.

As I did last year, I am inviting my readers to donate to my bike-rider brother in Texas, please. Just designate him as the rider you are supporting, Jaime Rocha, at the following email address jerocha@ev1.net

This April, 13,000 people will ride their bikes from Houston to Austin to raise awareness about the disease and raise money to help find a cure. Even though the name of the ride is the MS150, the ride is closer to 180 miles, and they do it over 2 days.

I admire his dedication to this cause and the rigorous training schedule. Do a good deed from the comfort of your own keyboard!
